Equipment Booking

The Hirer must: 1. Satisfy itself at Commencement that the Equipment is suitable for its purposes; 2. Deliver the Equipment to Athletics North Queensland when it is due back; All equipment, including the sector tapes, will be placed on a trolley either inside the athletics shed or outside the athletics shed rollers doors. It is the hirer’s responsibility to take the equipment out to the event stations. Upon completion of the event the sector tapes and equipment are to be returned to the inside the athletics shed 3. Return the Equipment to Athletics North Queensland clean and in good repair; All damaged equipment will be repaired / replaced by Athletics North Queensland and the school/organisation will be invoiced for the total cost of repair / replacement. Failure to return the equipment in a neat manner will result in a $100 additional charge being charged to the hirer. 4. Use the Equipment safely, strictly in accordance with the law, only for its intended use, and in accordance with the rules of the sport. 5. Agrees that the use of the equipment carries with it dangers and risks of injury and the hirer agrees to accept all dangers and risks. 6. Release and Indemnity: In consideration of Athletics North Queensland agreeing to hire to me the Hired Equipment I, to the extent permitted by law: (a) release and will release Athletics North Queensland from all Claims that I may have or may have had but for this release arising from or in connection with my hire and use of the Hired Product; and (b) indemnify and will keep indemnified Athletics North Queensland in respect of any Claim by any person arising as a result of or in connection with my hire or use of the Hired Product.
