Athletics North Queensland is seeking Expressions of Interest for any athletes with a physical impairment who may be interested in gaining a National Classification to compete in para-athletics.
An opportunity to complete Provisional Classifications for athletes with a physical impairment may occur during the Challenge Games in Townsville on July 26th-27th, 2023.
National Classifications allow individuals to gain an indication of whether they are eligible and where they may fit within the national athletics classification system. National Classifications allow individuals to compete from a local level right up to National level competitions.
For classification opportunities to occur, a minimum amount of athletes will need to register their interest.
